Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email admin@interleavedmusic.com.
2. Use the subject Interleaved Social deletion request.
3. Include your Instagram or Facebook username and enough context to locate the interaction, such as whether it was a comment or message, the approximate date, and the post or conversation involved. If you know whether the interaction involved Interleaved Social or Interleaved Social-IG, include that too.
4. Tell us whether you want specific information deleted or all information we can reasonably locate about your interaction.

Never send your password, access token, login code, or another account credential. Interleaved does not need those details to handle a deletion request.

We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request relates to you and to locate the correct records. For example, we may ask you to reply from an associated email or account or to confirm details of a recent interaction. We will not ask for a password or access token.

If we cannot locate the information or reasonably verify the request, we will explain what is missing or why we cannot complete it as submitted.

• We will acknowledge and review the request.
• After any needed verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information controlled by Interleaved that is no longer needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
• Where relevant, we will take reasonable steps to address copies held by service providers that process the information for Interleaved.
• We will explain when the request is complete or describe any information we could not delete and the reason.

We handle verified requests as promptly as reasonably possible. This is a manual request process; this page is not an automatic deletion callback or a real-time deletion-status portal.

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect security, prevent fraud or abuse, or resolve a dispute. Provider systems and backups may also retain copies according to their own retention and deletion processes. The workflow does not currently have one automatic end-to-end deletion timer covering every system and provider.

This process covers information controlled by Interleaved. It does not by itself delete information controlled by Meta or Instagram, including your account, content, messages, or data in Meta's systems. You can manage connected apps and requests through Meta's Apps and Websites settings, subject to Meta's current controls and policies.
